Roberto Cardoni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics, account management, and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Executive at IDA Foundation since January 2020, Roberto is responsible for managing quotes and orders, driving upselling, and ensuring compliance with shipping requirements. Previously, Roberto held various roles at TMC, including Logistics Lead, where responsibilities encompassed customer training, onboarding new hires, and project support, along with work as a Logistics Analyst focusing on transportation management. Roberto's background also includes positions at Merck Millipore, Mondoconvenienza, Nike, and HP, with expertise in credit control, logistics planning, and technical support. Roberto holds a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from IPSIA Calamatta.
