Mark Kelly

Mark Kelly has extensive experience in communications and management, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at IDA Ireland since January 2017. Previous roles at IDA Ireland include Account Manager for Global Communications and Press Executive. Mark Kelly also worked as a Corporate Communications Executive at Edelman for a brief period in 2016 and gained early experience as a Parliamentary Affairs Intern for Minister for Health Leo Varadkar in 2015. Mark Kelly holds a Master's degree in Project Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, a Master's degree in Law (LL.M) from Trinity College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dublin City University. Mark Kelly completed secondary education at Belvedere College SJ.
