Daniel Murphy

Plant Collections Curator at Idaho Botanical Garden

Daniel Murphy is an experienced horticulturist with a strong background in botanical sciences and land stewardship. Currently serving as a horticulturist at the Idaho Botanical Garden since March 2012, Daniel previously held the position of Land Steward Assistant at The Nature Institute from September 2010 to February 2012. Daniel holds a Master of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture and Crop Science from the University of Idaho, obtained in 2009.
