Karen Christeson

Karen Christeson has over 15 years of experience in volunteer management and customer service. Since November 2007, Karen has served as Volunteer Manager at Idaho Botanical Garden, where responsibilities include recruiting and managing volunteer resources to support the organization's programs. Prior to this role, Karen worked at Kandor for eight years as a Customer Service Associate, focusing on retail floor management, customer service excellence, and team member recruitment and scheduling. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a Bachelor of Art in Communication from Boise State University.
