Brian Bunderson

Brian Bunderson currently serves as the Member Contact Center Manager at Idaho Central Credit Union, a position held since October 2015. Prior to this role, Brian worked at Convergys from July 2001 to October 2015 as a Sr. Training Manager, where responsibilities included planning, coordinating, and creating a global training and team leader development SharePoint, as well as evaluating training packages developed by instructional designers. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources with a focus on Training and Development from Idaho State University, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
