Callie Makiya is the Lead Mentor World Languages Teacher at IDLA. She is a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University – Go Nighthawks! She holds two B. As in Spanish Education and Spanish History, as well as an M.A in Curriculum, Instruction, and Innovation. Callie started teaching in 2015 and believes that all students have the ability to be functional in Spanish.
