Shannon Bowman

Shannon Bowman, SPHR-SCP-CM, has a diverse background in human resources and labor relations spanning over 30 years. Shannon is currently the Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations at the Idaho Environmental Coalition. Prior to this, they held the same position at FLUOR IDAHO, LLC from 2016 to 2021. Shannon also served as the Director of Human Resources at Idaho Treatment Group, LLC from 2012 to 2016. Shannon has extensive experience in HR operations and management, having worked as the Manager of HR Services at CH2M Hill - Washington Group Idaho, LLC from 2006 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they held senior HR roles at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Bechtel-BWXT, Lockheed Martin Idaho Technologies Company, Babcock & Wilcox Idaho, LLC, Rockwell INEL, and Exxon Nuclear. Shannon's expertise includes developing and implementing comprehensive HR programs, strategic staffing planning, employee development, workforce restructuring, and diversity and equal opportunity programs.
