Cory Phelps

Cory Phelps has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and economic development sector. Cory started their career as a Commercial Loan Officer at D.L. Evans Bank in 2009 and then worked as a Loan Officer at Eastern Idaho Development Corporation from 2010 to 2011. Since 2011, Cory has been employed at Idaho Housing and Finance Association, where they have held various positions including Economic Development Finance Officer, Economic Development Finance Manager, Project Finance Manager, and currently serves as the Vice President of Project Finance.

Cory Phelps completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Idaho State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, with a specialization in General Finance, at the University of Idaho, where they attended from 1990 to 1992.
