Mariah Youngmun

Mariah Youngmun is a Human Resources Specialist at Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), where responsibilities include overseeing daily HR functions, managing recruitment, conducting new hire orientations, and administering employee benefits. Mariah has also served as a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator and Administrative Assistant within the organization, focusing on recruitment needs and supporting HR operations. Additionally, Mariah gained experience in event management through an HR internship that involved planning IHFA’s annual employee meeting. Prior to IHFA, Mariah worked as a Barista at BlackRock, delivering customer service in a fast-paced setting. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University.
