Early career highlights include serving as Group Financial Controller at Glanbia and Finance Manager at Coca-Cola Molino Novosibirsk. Maccabee’s educational background includes degrees in Accounting and Finance from Dublin Business School and Griffith College Dublin, along with the Irish Leaving Certificate from St. Kilian's Deutsche Schule Dublin.
