Venkat Sunkesula

Venkat Sunkesula, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President of Research & Product Development at Idaho Milk Products since July 2019, having previously held positions as Associate Director of Research and Technical Services and Senior Research & Development Scientist within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Dairy Foods Researcher at South Dakota State University, Production Manager at AkzoNobel, and Senior Manager - Manufacturing Development at SABMiller, among others. Venkat holds a Ph.D. in Dairy Science - Manufacturing from South Dakota State University, as well as several certificates in Brewing and Packaging from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, and a Master's and Bachelor's in Dairy Technology from National Dairy Research Institute and Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, respectively.
