Bill Fremgen

Bill Fremgen, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in various senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Finance at Idaho Pacific Lumber Company since February 2021, Bill previously held key positions including Division Finance Director at BMC—overseeing an $800 million division—and Managing Member at Gem State Development, LLC, specializing in residential lot development. Additional experience includes ownership of Pinnacle Sports Grill, where a turnaround was achieved, and significant roles in real estate investment and acquisitions, including as VP of Acquisitions at DDRS and Director of Finance at BMHC. Bill holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Finance from Arizona State University.
