Carrie Meier

Carrie Meier, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Idaho State Insurance Fund since August 2016. Prior to this role, Carrie held the position of Human Resources Manager at Impac Services for a decade, from 2006 to 2016, and worked as a Contract Recruiter at Albertsons for a year. Carrie's career began with roles including Oracle HCM Consultant at Impac Services and Human Resources Generalist at Micron Electronics/Interland. Additionally, Carrie started in education as a Middle School Educator at Horseshoe Bend School District from 1993 to 1998. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Eastern Oregon University.
