Mike Haxby

Mike Haxby has a considerable amount of experience in the workers' compensation industry. Mike began their career at Intermountain Claims in 1990, where they worked for 27 years in various roles, including workers' compensation adjuster, supervisor, claims manager, and ultimately Vice President of Workers' Compensation. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing regional workers' compensation offices in Boise, Portland, Salt Lake City, Missoula, and Billings. In 2017, Haxby joined SIF, Idaho Workers' Compensation as the Vice President of Claims. Mike has recently been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Mike Haxby received a Bachelor of Science degree in History/Political Science from the University of Idaho, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
