Sally Balluff

Sally Balluff has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Business Analyst II at SIF, Idaho Workers' Compensation since October 2016, Sally has also held roles as Underwriter II and Customer Relations Specialist II, focusing on enhancing customer experiences for policyholders and agents. Prior to this, Sally worked at the University of Redlands in various underwriting and support roles from September 2012 to April 2016 while also gaining experience as a Research Assistant and Summer Intern with the Alzheimer's Association. Sally's early work includes positions as a Retail Clerk and Assistant Bookkeeper at City Peanut Shop from 2009 to 2015. Academically, Sally holds a double major in Sociology and French from the University of Redlands and participated in an international study program with IES Abroad in 2014. Sally graduated from Boise High School in 2012.
