Erika F. has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Erika is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Idaho Urologic Institute, where they have been working since 2021. Erika furthered their education by earning a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration and Management from National University between 2014 and 2016. In addition to their academic achievements, Erika holds various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Financial Management - Payer Contracting. Erika is currently working towards certifications in Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) and Project Management Professional (PMP). Erika is also a Presidential Member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, obtained in 2023.
