Brittany Clement

Brittany Clement is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Idaho Youth Ranch since April 2023, Brittany previously held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Saint Alphonsus from August 2021 to April 2023. Additional experience includes an Enrollment Specialist role at Treasure Valley Community College, Human Resources & Credentialing Specialist at Valley Family Health Care, and Scheduling Coordinator at White House Dental Clinic. Brittany co-owned Country Kiddos Daycare & Preschool prior to entering the HR field. Academically, Brittany possesses two Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resources Management and Services and Business/HR from Western Governors University.
