Rebecca Templeton

Rebecca Templeton is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior HRIS Administrator at Idaho Youth Ranch since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Horizon Credit Union, including HRIS and Payroll Administrator and Payroll and Benefits Specialist. At Icon Credit Union, Rebecca served as HR Coordinator (Payroll and Benefits) and held multiple roles such as Indirect Loan Coordinator and Human Resource Coordinator. Earlier career experiences include customer service roles at T-Mobile and Kohl's Department Stores, as well as event support at Cool Water Creek Events and a brief position as a Page for the Idaho House of Representatives. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and another in Human Resources Management from Boise State University.
