Jason H.

Jason H. began their career at Target in 2005 as a Team Member, where they worked predominantly on the sales floor and received consistently positive reviews and feedback from customers. Jason was also cross-trained in various departments. In 2012, Jason joined IDB Bank as a Treasury Investments Intern, and then progressed through several roles within the Treasury division. Jason eventually became a First Vice President - Treasury in 2023, after holding positions such as Vice President - Treasury and Assistant Vice President - Treasury Trading.

Jason H. completed their education with a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a BA with a minor in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Rochester in 2012. In 2010, they briefly attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute but did not complete a degree or field of study there.
