Nancy Sedacca has a diverse work experience in the banking and telecommunications industries. Nancy is currently working at IDB Bank as the Senior Vice President, Head of Client Services. Prior to this, they held various roles at Valley Bank, including Senior Vice President, National Client Service Manager and First Vice President, NE Client Service Manager. Nancy also worked as a Vice President, Client Services Manager at Valley Bank. Before their banking career, Nancy worked at Exent Technologies Inc. as a Channel Marketing Manager. Nancy started their career at Verizon, where they held roles such as Competitive Intelligence & Research Manager and FiOS Product Support Manager. Nancy also worked as NE Sales & Service Manager at Verizon, where they gained experience in managing sales, service, and quality performance, as well as employee training and development in a call center environment.
Nancy Sedacca is currently enrolled in the High Potential Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. Nancy previously studied Communication, General at Adelphi University and pursued a degree in Medical Esthetics at Atelier Esthetique Institute of Esthetics with a focus on Medical Esthetics and Business.
