Patrick McConn has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Patrick began their career at Baker Boyer Bank in 2004 as a Personal Banker. After two years, they transitioned to the role of VP/Commercial Lending, where they worked for eight years. In 2014, they were promoted to VP/Commercial Lending Team Manager, a position they held for five years until 2019. In May 2019, McConn joined Israel Discount Bank as the Senior Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Manager.
Patrick McConn attended the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Linfield University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition, Patrick McConn obtained a certification as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) from BEI | Exit Planning in 2015.
