Tatiyana Cure is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as SVP, Head of Talent Enablement at IDB Bank since March 2025, Tatiyana oversees Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development initiatives. Prior to this, Tatiyana held the position of Director of Talent Development at American Equity, focusing on leadership growth and aligning talent programs with business objectives. Tatiyana also served as Director of Talent at Zuum Transportation, where strategic advisory roles to senior leadership involved shaping talent strategies to enhance organizational success. At Bank Leumi USA, Tatiyana led Talent Acquisition and Learning during a period of significant transformation. Tatiyana's earlier career includes roles as Executive Recruiter at Creative Financial Staffing and The Compliance Search Group, as well as Brand Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue. Tatiyana's educational background includes a specialization in coaching from iPEC Coaching and a degree from the University of Connecticut.
