Vered Oron

Vered Oron has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Vered began their career as a Partner at the law firm Bach, Arad, Scharf & Co. Law Offices from 2000 to 2005. Vered then transitioned to the Government of Israel - Ministry of Defense - Mission to the U.S. as a Contract Manager from 2006 to 2008. Vered joined IDB Bank in 2008 and served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO until 2011. Vered then moved to Discount Bank where they held the positions of Chief of Staff to the CEO from 2011 to 2013 and later as the Head of Strategic Planning and Organizational Development from 2013 to 2019. In 2020, they returned to IDB Bank as the EVP, Chief Strategy Officer, and currently holds the position of EVP, Chief Strategy and People Officer from September 2021 onwards.

Vered Oron obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2000. Vered further pursued education at Cornell University ILR School from 2006 to 2008, but the specific degree and field of study have not been mentioned.
