Fernando Luciani has extensive experience in investment and finance, currently serving as Lead Investment Officer at IDB Invest since June 1996. Additionally, Fernando has held the position of Senior Investment Officer and has been involved with the Inter-American Investment Corporation as a Private Finance Operations Senior Specialist focused on Development Finance and Portfolio Management since 1996. Fernando's earlier career includes roles as Relationship Manager and Risk Analyst at Bank Boston in Uruguay, along with experience in Coopers & Welcome's Accounting Department. Academically, Fernando holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Stirling and a degree in Contador Público from Facultad de Ciencias Económicas Universidad de la República, complemented by education at Instituto Crandon.
