Laura Oradei-Bayz is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and investment portfolio oversight. Currently serving as Principal Advisor to the Chief Risk Officer at IDB Invest since January 2016, Laura has a rich background that includes leadership roles such as Chief of the Portfolio Management Division at the Inter-American Investment Corporation, where responsibilities included managing an extensive portfolio exceeding US$1 billion and maintaining high client satisfaction. Previous experience includes significant consulting roles at Price Waterhouse LLP and Ernst & Young LLP, where Laura focused on financial and economic analysis across various sectors. Laura holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a BS from Georgetown University.
