Nadezhda Gaboyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and social work. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service Unit at IDBank since March 2015, Nadezhda has held various roles including Chief Controller Cashier and Leading Controller-Cashier, focusing on client attraction, lending, and retail operations. Prior to this, Nadezhda worked as a Social Worker at the Fund For Armenian Relief from August 2012 to December 2022, where responsibilities included behavioral observation, risk assessment, and the development of intervention plans for children and families. Nadezhda holds a Master's degree in Management from Yerevan State University and recently completed a UI/UX graphic design course at Art Line.
