József Illés

József Illés is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and business development. As the Founder and CEO of IDBC Creative Solutions since August 2014, József has led various initiatives in the creative solutions sector. Prior to this role, József served as an Account and Project Manager at Ness Technologies and held the position of Business Development Director at Qualysoft. Additional leadership roles include Sales Director at MONTANA Tudásmenedzsment Kft. and IDS Scheer, as well as General Director at both OTP Leasing a.s. and Merkantil Bank. József's career began as a Management Consultant and Project Manager at PROCONT Holding Üzleti Tanácsadó Rt. József holds a General Manager degree in Business Administration from the University of Economics in Budapest, an MSc in Total Quality Management from the College of Foreign Trade, and a BSc in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the College of Food Industry in Szeged.
