Mr. Singhal is a retired Central Banker with rich experience at different levels in Reserve Bank of India and has a record of successful delivery through a range of challenging and diverse assignments. He retired from RBI as its Executive Director. He has the expertise in Agriculture & Rural Economy, Banking, HR, Administration and Corporate Governance. He is a part time member of the RBI Services Board. He presently serves as Director on the Boards of Nabkisan Finance Limited, Srisagar Capital Pvt. Ltd., DSPIN consulting Private Ltd. (Advisor), Equirus capital Private Ltd. and Cogent E Services Private Limited.
