Nehal Shah

Nehal Shah serves as the Deputy CTO at IDBI Bank, responsible for designing and implementing IT strategies to modernize digital channels including mobile banking and fintech integration. Prior to this role, Nehal spent over five years at TransUnion CIBIL Limited, initially as the DVP & Head-Consumer Bureau IT and later as JVP & Head-Consumer Bureau/Financial Inclusion IT, where the establishment of the MFI bureau and oversight of product initiatives and project governance were key responsibilities. Nehal's career began at HSBC Global Technology India, where multiple positions ranging from Senior Information Technology Project Manager to Software Engineer were held, focusing on global customer migrations, project management across various regions, and leading teams on complex banking technology projects. Nehal holds a PGPX in General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MCA in Computer Science from the University of Pune, and a BCom in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
