Rodney Heri

Rodney Heri has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rodney started their career as a Sales Floor Team Member at eFunds International India Private Limited in 2001. Rodney then moved to Aditya Birla Minacs (Transworks Information Services) as a Quality Assurance Specialist in 2003. After that, they worked at Intelenet Global Services as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources from 2004 to 2013. Later, they joined A.TREDS Ltd (Subsidiary of Axis Bank) as a Senior Human Resources Manager in 2013, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President Human Resources at IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Ltd., starting from February 2022.

Rodney Heri pursued their education in the field of Human Resources Management. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Wellingkar's Management Institute, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
