Sweta Rengaswamy has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Sweta started their career in 2006 as a Credit Analyst at ICICI Bank, where they were responsible for credit appraisal and analysis of business and financial risks. Sweta then moved on to Standard Chartered Bank in 2008 as a Credit Analyst. In 2009, they joined SBI Capital Markets as a Principal Relationship Manager, where they developed and maintained relationships with corporates for investment banking opportunities. Currently, Sweta is working at IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Ltd. since 2017, where they have served as an Assistant Vice President and currently as a Deputy Vice President, focusing on origination and client coverage.
Sweta Rengaswamy completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Delhi University from 2001 to 2004, with a specialization in Business/Commerce. Sweta completed their secondary education at Delhi Public School, Vasant Kunj, with a focus on Commerce.
