Concurrently, Gajendiran holds the position of Branch Head at IDBI Federal Life Insurance and has been with Birla Sun Life Insurance since July 2012 in the same role, overseeing team management and operational efficiency. Prior to these positions, Gajendiran was a Branch Manager at HDFC Life from July 2006 to November 2011. Gajendiran holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree.
