David Hanlon

David Hanlon is an experienced professional with a robust background in product operations and project management. Currently serving as a Product Operations Manager at IDBS since January 2001, David specializes in optimizing processes to support timely and high-quality product delivery. Previous roles include Strategy Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Programme Manager, where David led cross-functional teams and managed significant healthcare projects. David also brings experience from Comax Business Services as a Team Leader and Bullfrog as a Sales Manager. Educational credentials include a BSc (Hons) in Computing from The Open University, completed between 2000 and 2011. Additionally, David is a Pro Member of the Product Marketing Alliance as of June 2024.
