Gabriela Salamanca

Gabriela Salamanca is a seasoned professional in the field of software project management and DevOps, currently serving as Manager SRE and Team Captain at Dynatrace since August 2018. Previously, Gabriela held roles as IT Project Manager at Santander US and ISBAN US, where responsibilities included managing quality areas, incident and support ticket reduction, and service quality reporting. Gabriela's experience also encompasses software analysis and programming in various countries within the Santander Group. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidad de la Amazonia, Gabriela has also contributed to education as a teacher in programming and computer fundamentals.
