Matthew Huggins

Matthew Huggins is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as Lead Support Analyst at IDBS since August 2016, Matthew previously held the role of Applications Scientist at Hallmarq Veterinary Imaging Limited and worked as an IT Support Engineer at Dunston IT, where responsibilities included supporting IT systems and fostering positive customer relationships. Prior experience as a Systems Administrator at 2e2 UK Ltd involved maintaining IT networks and overseeing branch office operations. Matthew holds a Master’s Degree in Medical Physics from the University of Surrey and an MPhys Honours Degree in Physics from Lancaster University, complemented by a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification from Computeach.
