Paul Moore has substantial experience in customer support and operations, currently serving as the Customer Support Regional Operations Manager for both EMEA and North America at IDBS since September 2013. Previous roles at IDBS include Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Analyst. Prior to IDBS, Paul Moore worked at The University of Manchester from June 2009 to May 2013 as a Postgraduate Researcher and Teaching Laboratory Demonstrator. Paul Moore holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Queen's University Belfast, earned between 2004 and 2007.
