Luke M Thompson is an experienced audio engineer with a diverse background in audio production and education. Currently serving as an audio engineer at the International Digital Centre since September 2019, Luke specializes in recording and mixing for audio description, voice over, ADR, and dubbing in various formats including stereo and Dolby Atmos. Previous roles include recordist at Post Haste Digital and BTI Studios, where high-quality voice talent recording for dubbing and localization projects was paramount. Luke also held the position of recordist/director at Voxx Studios, overseeing voice talent direction and sound editing for television and film. Additionally, experience as an audio instructor at Pinnacle College highlights a commitment to teaching production techniques. Luke's background includes roles ranging from sound editor for feature films to production assistant at a major studio, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Audio for Visual Media from Columbia College Chicago.
