Adam Schrank

Adam Schrank has a strong background in operations and management, with experience in various leadership roles. Adam is currently the Director of Operations at IDC Spring since 2022. Prior to that, they held positions such as Co-Owner at ALMADEN PROPERTIES, LLC starting in 2023. Adam was also the VP of Operations at Millerbernd Manufacturing Co. from 2018 to 2022, and a Plant Manager at Imperial Plastics, Inc from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked as a Plant Manager at Life Fitness from 2014 to 2016. Adam has also worked at Caterpillar Inc. as a Group Manager and Manufacturing Engineer Manager from 2011 to 2014. Adam started their career at Bucyrus International in 2001 and worked there for 10 years in various operations roles. Adam began their professional journey at Kohler Co. as a Scheduler from 1998 to 2001.

Adam Schrank earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1998. Adam then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Marquette University, graduating in 2005.
