Jaclyn Baumgarten

Jaclyn Baumgarten is an accomplished business leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the boating and technology industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner at IDC Ventures since April 2023, Jaclyn also founded Boatsetter in September 2015, where leadership as CEO and Co-founder has driven the creation of a global marketplace for on-demand boating. As a Board Member at MasterCraft Boat Company, involvement in the Nomination and Governance and Strategy Committees highlights Jaclyn's strategic acumen. Previously, Jaclyn founded Cruzin, Inc., pioneering America's first fully-insured peer-to-peer boat-sharing marketplace, and held the role of Director of Strategy at DaVita, where strategic initiatives led to significant organizational growth. Early career experience includes a Development Manager position at WESTFIELD GROUP and a Management Consultant role at IBM Business Consulting Group. Jaclyn holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree from Wellesley College.
