Aveena Ghosh

Aveena Ghosh is an experienced IT Product Owner currently at IDC since January 2023. Previously, Aveena served as Lead Product Owner and Senior Business Analyst at Principal Global Services from November 2017 to September 2022. Earlier roles include Business Process Consultant at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. from March 2012 to October 2017, where Aveena was key in the Business Process Re-engineering team focusing on Digitization and Strategic Automation projects, as well as project management for cost-cutting and revenue generation initiatives across various departments. Aveena's professional journey began as a Management Trainee in Alternate Channel at Bajaj Allianz and as a Marketing Intern at IDBI Federal Life Insurance. Aveena holds an MBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad and a BCom in Accounts from Ms Ramaiah College of Arts Science and Commerce.
