Helena Chappell has extensive experience in business development and account management, currently serving as Senior Account Director and Senior Business Development Director for European Events at IDC UK Limited since January 2018. With a tenure at IDC dating back to November 2003, Helena has held various roles, including Sales Director for European Events and Business Development Director for Integrated Marketing Programs, focusing on sales strategy and integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results. Prior experience includes serving as Conference Director for European Events at Yankee Group, where Helena was responsible for event portfolio definition and sponsorship execution. Helena Chappell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and English Literature from The University of Huddersfield.
