Prior experience includes EMEA Consulting Director at IDC, EMEA PR and Analyst Relations Manager at Sterling Commerce, and various positions at Gartner, including Global Retail Analyst. Hendriks began a career in technical support and marketing analysis following a BA Honours in European Business Studies from Humberside College and Fachhochschule Muenster, Germany.
