Mike Oxley

Mike Oxley currently serves as the Director of Sales for the Americas at IDC, starting in August 2025. Prior to this role, Mike was involved in sales leadership at Forrester, where responsibilities included leading a team that empowered clients to make informed business decisions from March 2021 to August 2025. Previous experiences include serving as Senior Director of Enterprise Sales at Windstream, where Mike worked closely with clients to evaluate communication technologies, and as Director of Digital Engagement & Key Accounts at Uniguest. At Uniguest, responsibilities spanned strategy development, management of key accounts, sales forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Mike's earlier career included diverse roles such as Director for the West Region and National Account Manager, where a consultative sales approach was utilized to secure business and manage extensive client accounts. Mike began the professional journey at SurePoint Lending as a Loan Advisor and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
