Jeff Wellman

Jeff Wellman is an experienced environmental professional with a robust background in ecological restoration, environmental permitting, and NEPA compliance. Currently serving as Environmental Manager at IDCUS Inc. since August 2020, Wellman previously held the position of Ecological Restoration Project Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants from May 2018 to August 2020, focusing on mitigation bank development and related projects. Prior roles include Ecosystem Scientist at Stantec Consulting, where responsibilities involved environmental documentation and regulatory coordination, as well as Environmental Scientist at KBR and Environmental Specialist at Michael Baker Jr. Wellman holds a Master of Agriculture in Rangeland Ecology and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Rangeland Ecology and Management from Texas A&M University.
