Kelly Lark

Kelly Lark is an accomplished Environmental Manager with over 30 years of experience in NEPA project management, public involvement, and document and permit preparation. Currently, they are employed at IDCUS Inc. as an Environmental Manager, having previously held roles at Entech Civil Engineers and Jacobs. Kelly's extensive background includes 12 years as an Environmental Specialist/Project Manager with TxDOT and significant contributions to complex transportation projects like the North Houston Highway Improvement Project. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Towson State University and studied Public Archaeology at California State University, Northridge.
