Bartosz Szarszewski

Bartosz Szarszewski is currently a Systems & Operations professional at Asterion Systems, where they contribute to the development of drone platforms and systems within a growing defense-tech venture. Previously, Bartosz led sales teams at Effective Promotions B.V. while pursuing their studies and served as a Graduate Technical Intern at Arcadis, analyzing water infrastructure. Their work as a Nitrogen Deposition Analyst at IDDS involved producing over 50 environmental reports and optimizing reporting processes. Bartosz has also held various research internships, enhancing urban transport efficiency and developing decision-support models. They hold a Master of Science in Transport, Infrastructure, and Logistics from Technische Universiteit Delft.
