Muhammad Rizky

Muhammad Rizky is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at IDE ASIA since December 2021, Muhammad has previously held similar positions at Radya Labs Teknologi and Rahad Cipta Media, as well as roles in assessment and recruitment at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) and Lembaga Psikologi Terapan UI. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bandung Islamic University, Muhammad has a strong foundation in psychological testing and candidate mapping, complemented by expertise in devising job advertisements and ensuring optimal candidate selection.
