Kobi Wiesbord

Kobi Wiesbord is an experienced engineering and production management professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Engineering Project Department Manager at IDE Technologies since September 2022, Kobi previously held the position of Head of Production at BioProtect Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standards. Prior roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals included Associate Director and Head of Intermediates Production OSD, where Kobi managed teams across multiple technology departments and led new product introduction projects. Kobi's extensive experience also includes managing chemical production facilities at Teva Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and process engineering roles focused on engineering systems for API production. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
