Alya Provorova

Alya Provorova is a skilled Cloud Engineer at Idea 11 since October 2021, proficient in implementing and managing cloud services on Azure and AWS, while actively monitoring environments to address performance and security issues. Previously, from February 2010 to October 2021, Alya held various roles at Townsville City Council, including Cloud Services Engineer, where the focus was on ensuring the availability and reliability of core infrastructure and services, and Technical Support Officer, responsible for SOE management functions using Microsoft SCCM.
