Becca Worthington

Becca Worthington is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in client services and customer support. Currently serving as a Client Services Manager at Idea 11 since April 2025, Becca previously held the role of Global Customer Support Team Lead at Actionstep from September 2021 to May 2025, where leadership and team performance management were key responsibilities. Becca started in various roles at Actionstep, including Customer Support Specialist and Sales Development Representative, contributing to customer growth through targeted sales strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Youth Worker at The Straight Up Trust, mentoring youth and managing volunteer teams, as well as creating educational resources for tutors at Crimson Education. Becca’s educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Pharmacology, and TESOL from the University of Otago, bolstered by an International Baccalaureate from Saint Kentigern and a high school exchange experience at Lycée Václav-Havel.
